California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) seeks a Director of Development, College of the Arts (COTA) to secure philanthropic funds in support of programs and activities of COTA.

The Director of Development will provide leadership for an integrated program of development activities for COTA’s six academic units, as well as the Richard and Karen Carpenter Performing Arts Center and the Carolyn Campagna Kleefeld Contemporary Art Museum. The Director will work with department chairs, school directors, and faculty members, and with the Dean and Associate Vice President, Development on the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
