Saint Mary's College seeks an Executive Director of Marketing and Communications. The Executive Director of Marketing and Communications will be at the forefront of shaping the Saint Mary’s College narrative and amplifying the College’s distinctive value proposition. This pivotal role demands strategic acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of marketing and communications dynamics. The Executive Director will drive initiatives that effectively communicate the essence of Saint Mary’s College, align with its strategic objectives, and foster engagement with its key stakeholders. The Executive Director will lead and cultivate a dynamic team of professionals, each specializing in diverse facets of digital and print marketing, public relations, and external partnership management. The purview of the Executive Director encompasses guidance of the team's strategic direction and refinement of operational systems and processes that advance fundraising and enrollment goals in alignment with the College's overarching vision.
Founded by the Sisters of the Holy Cross in 1844, Saint Mary’s College promotes a life of intellectual vigor, aesthetic appreciation, religious sensibility, and social responsibility. Saint Mary’s is a Catholic, residential, women’s, liberal arts college offering undergraduate degrees for women and graduate programs that are open to all. Saint Mary’s is part of a vibrant tri-campus community that includes the University of Notre Dame and Holy Cross College.
