Vice President for Advancement

Lafayette College seeks a Vice President for Advancement to provide strategic vision, leadership, and direction for Lafayette College's fundraising and alumni and family engagement efforts. The Vice President will oversee all aspects of institutional advancement, including major gifts, annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, donor relations and stewardship, athletic fundraising, and planned giving, while fostering strong external relationships with alumni, parents, families, and friends. The Vice President will lead the College’s comprehensive campaign while executing a strategic fundraising plan that supports institutional priorities. The Vice President will work closely with the President, Board of Trustees, senior leadership team, and advancement colleagues to cultivate and nurture a culture of philanthropy, enhance donor engagement, and ensure the successful achievement of campaign goals.
