Stanford University seeks an Associate Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts for an ecosystem of academic and programmatic initiatives dedicated to understanding how we live together and thrive as communities and societies. This ecosystem includes the Institute for Advancing Just Societies (IAJS), which advances justice by fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, translating research into real-world solutions, and promoting healthier, more resilient, and thriving communities. The Associate Director will play a vital role in securing philanthropic support for this ecosystem and its interconnected initiatives, ensuring alignment with Stanford’s broader mission of knowledge in service of humanity. The Associate Director will collaborate with faculty, development colleagues, and university leadership to engage donors and secure resources that sustain and grow these efforts.
