University of Redlands seeks an Associate Vice President for Advancement. The Associate Vice President for Advancement will collaborate closely with the Vice President for Advancement and Advancement Leadership Team to plan and execute a comprehensive Advancement program that furthers the strategic goals of University of Redlands. Serving as the chief deputy to the Vice President, the Associate Vice President will manage and oversee a significant and critical portion of the Advancement team and guide the execution of major gifts, planned giving, and annual giving programs. The Associate Vice President will ensure alignment of business functions, policies, and technology infrastructure with the university’s strategic priorities and oversee the development of critical systems such as University Development's CRM. The Associate Vice President will manage a portfolio of high-potential prospects and cultivate strong relationships with university leadership, faculty, alumni, and trustees to further the development of tailored strategies for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
