ZRG’s Aspen Leadership Group (ALG) continues to grow, and we are pleased to announce an opening for a Managing Director and Senior Consultant. ALG’s Managing Directors and Senior Search Consultants drive the growth of ALG and ZRG by leading proactive business development efforts and delivering exceptional executive search execution. Their success is grounded in cultivating a broad and deep network of nonprofit contacts, identifying and nurturing potential client and candidate leads, and converting those relationships into search engagements and placements. Their deep experience in search and nonprofit leadership enables Managing Directors to understand organizational needs quickly, communicate effectively with senior leaders and boards, and deliver searches that produce lasting leadership success.
ALG is committed to supporting exceptional careers in the nonprofit sector through executive search and talent consulting services. We create long-term relationships with clients and candidates, building partnerships intended to last throughout a career, not just for the duration of one search or one consulting assignment.
