Aspen Valley Health seeks a Chief Executive Officer to be an inspirational, visionary, and highly collaborative leader who shares AVH's belief that a great employee experience drives an exceptional patient experience. The CEO will be a staunch advocate for high-quality, community-based healthcare and provide strategic oversight to the Executive Team to ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures aligned with the organization’s mission and objectives. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will guide short- and long-term strategy, oversee operational and financial performance, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.
