"The Senior Director will be a champion for Annual Giving across our Sagehen community—someone who can articulate the value and impact of unrestricted support and inspire others to give. Pomona alumni, families, and friends have a deep affection for the College, and translating this into annual philanthropic support will require creativity and a thoughtful analysis of our current strategies. Another key goal is to build on the success of our reunion volunteer program by building a peer-to-peer volunteer initiative within our leadership annual giving efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen engagement and broaden our donor base through meaningful, community-driven outreach.” — Laura Wensley, Assistant Vice President of Development
