"The role of Major Gifts Officer has never been more crucial. As higher education faces shifting paradigms in fundraising and stewardship, we are seeking an individual whose insight, initiative, and commitment to relationship-building can help us meet the challenges and opportunities ahead. This position is distinct in its focus: you will be a central architect of our major gifts pipeline, forging new connections and strengthening existing bonds with supporters primarily on the East Coast and in the Midwest.

We are looking for candidates who approach this work with genuine curiosity, strategic vision, and a collaborative spirit. If you are energized by the idea of traveling widely, engaging deeply, and helping to reimagine the future of fundraising in higher education, we urge you to consider this remarkable opportunity. Together, we can write the next chapter of Pomona's story—one defined by generosity, ambition, and shared purpose.”
— Kyle Davis, Senior Director of Development
