Principal Gifts Officer

Florida International University seeks a Principal Gifts Officer who will lead the development and execution of a strategic plan to secure investments of $1,000,000 and above to support the mission and vision of FIU and advance the campaign priorities in support of the institutional strategic plan. The position requires the experience and expertise necessary to foster and build relationships with high-capacity donors and prospects. Working with the Division of University Advancement's senior leadership and in collaboration with university academic and administrative leadership, the Principal Gifts Officer will serve as the lead facilitator and manager. They will work to effectively engage and respond to these individuals as partners, according to their interests and expertise, and alignment with the University's mission and strategic plan.
