Florida International University seeks an Executive Director of Estate and Gift Planning who will manage and enhance a planned giving program that is focused on securing gifts through trusts, annuities, and testamentary giving to meet organizational goals. The Executive Director will build a multi-year strategic plan and set priorities for FIU that best serves the growing number of centralized and unit-based fund-raising staff and Alumni Association. They will identify, cultivate, and solicit major and principal level outright and deferred gift prospects independently and in partnership with colleagues from across the University. They will also oversee marketing initiatives for deferred and outright gifting techniques to various internal and external audiences. The position works with all areas of the University in coordination with University and Foundation leadership.
