Marquette University is a Catholic, Jesuit university in the heart of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that prepares their students with the knowledge, skills and sense of community they need to build meaningful careers, lead purposeful lives and transform the world around them. They are dedicated to serving God by serving their students and contributing to the advancement of knowledge. Their mission, therefore, is the search for truth, the discovery and sharing of knowledge, the fostering of personal and professional excellence, the promotion of a life of faith, and the development of leadership expressed in service to others. All this they pursue for the greater glory of God and the common benefit of the human community.

"The Office of University Advancement is a people-first, donor-centered team motivated by a shared purpose and cura personalis (care for the whole person). We are driving to raise the bar for what is possible in Catholic higher education fundraising. As you consider the opportunity to join Marquette University, know that you will be stepping into an Advancement organization defined by purpose. We seek leaders and teammates who will share in our high standards, embrace our collaborative spirit and bring creativity and drive as we strive to Be The Difference. Thank you for your interest in Marquette University and in University Advancement. We look forward to the possibility of welcoming you to our team." — Tim McMahon, Vice President, University Advancement
