The University of Louisville seeks a Senior Director of Donor Experience, who will work collaboratively across the university to create, execute, and oversee a strategic donor engagement program that encompasses recognition, acknowledgement, reporting, and unique experiences for donors of the University. This comprehensive program will include processes and procedures to ensure a multifaceted plan that properly recognizes university donors at all levels within a customized platform. This position needs to maintain ongoing and active networking with internal and external constituencies, advise on the facilitation of recognition opportunities, and coordinate various activities for donor engagement. This position requires the ability to generate creative solutions for recognizing and stewarding donors to advance the university's efforts to maintain and strengthen high-quality individual relationships with donors, and to think strategically about donor engagement.
