"TC3 is an institution moving forward, following a difficult period in the college’s history that was exacerbated by the global pandemic. I have served as President of TC3 since 2022 and have assembled an exceptional senior leadership team serving five divisions: Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management & Student Affairs, Administration, Institutional Effectiveness and Finance. The new Chief Advancement Officer and Executive Director will join the senior leadership team, reflecting the imperative of philanthropy to fulfilling the College’s mission and vision and advancing the institutional goals contained in the newly launched 2025-28 TC3 Strategic Plan: Sustaining a Vibrant Community. I am now seeking a strategic partner and leader who wants to roll up their sleeves and plow new ground to rebuild the systems, structure and culture necessary for successful philanthropy at TC3.
