Hartford HealthCare seeks a Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPhO) who will be a visionary and strategic leader responsible for designing, executing, and overseeing a comprehensive philanthropy strategy across Connecticut’s largest, integrated healthcare system. This role will ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and strategic priorities, while fostering a culture of generosity, stewardship, and community partnership. The CPhO will lead the transformation from a decentralized philanthropic structure to a unified, high-performing system that leverages best practices, shared technology platforms, and coordinated donor engagement strategies. This role will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and collaborate with board, institute, regional, and system leaders to drive philanthropic growth and impact. The CPhO must embody the organization’s core values of Integrity, Caring, Excellence, Safety, and Health Equity, and serve as a champion for community impact and inclusive engagement.
