Senior Director of Individual Giving

Lafayette College seeks a Senior Director of Individual Giving who will oversee the College’s major gifts program and lead a talented team of frontline fundraisers dedicated to advancing Lafayette’s philanthropic vision. Working collaboratively across campus—with Advancement partners, faculty, and institutional leaders—the Senior Director will play a key role in strengthening relationships with alumni, parents, and friends, deepening engagement, and driving philanthropic investment in Lafayette’s mission and future. The Senior Director will provide strategic leadership and management of the College’s major gifts program and ensure the successful engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of alumni, parents, and friends, while also maintaining a personal portfolio of high-capacity prospects. This role will play a pivotal part in driving philanthropic results that advance institutional priorities and prepare the College for campaign success.
