Senior Director of Annual Giving, Tuck School of Business

Dartmouth College - Hanover, NH
The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College seeks a Senior Director of Annual Giving. In partnership with the Chief Advancement Officer and guided by Tuck’s strategic priorities, the Senior Director of Annual Giving will provide strategic and operational leadership for one of the most distinctive annual giving programs in higher education. Tuck leads the field in alumni participation, with 57 percent participation last year. Alumni commitment is sustained and deeply rooted: 90 percent of donors gave again the following year, and more than a third are “perfect givers,” having participated in annual giving every year since graduation.

One of three professional schools at Dartmouth, the Tuck School of Business is the world's first graduate school of management, supported by the world's best alumni network. Founded in 1900, Tuck celebrated its 125th Anniversary in 2025. Tuck’s mission is to develop wise, decisive leaders who better the world through business. Its unique location and learning environment enable Tuck to create trust-based learning communities better than any other peer business school. Tuck distinguishes itself by delivering educational experiences that are distinctly personal, connected, and transformative. The School celebrates its environment and community as competitive advantages.

The heart of Tuck is its two-year full-time MBA program where it continues to set records for the quality of each incoming class, the career outcomes students achieve, and the impact of its alumni network. Among U.S. business schools, Tuck is currently ranked #6 by U.S. News & World Report, Bloomberg Businessweek and LinkedIn, #11 by the Financial Times, and #4 in a composite ranking by Poets & Quants.

Working at Tuck means you are an integral part of the Tuck community, with commitment to purpose and the core values of a distinctly personal, connected, and transformative learning community across the spectrum of the Tuck experience, from the immersive full-time MBA program, lifelong learning programs, and the development of strong ties among students, faculty, alumni and staff. Tuck’s commitment to lifelong learning extends to investment in the professional growth and skill and career development of its employees for the workforce of the future, encouraging all in our community to innovate, take risks, and lead with integrity and purpose.

"We now seek a strategic and forward-thinking leader to guide this vital program into its next chapter. The Senior Director of Annual Giving will bring creativity, analytical rigor, and a growth mindset to foster and expand a culture of giving that has long defined the Tuck community. This leader will have the opportunity to innovate to address one of higher education’s most pressing challenges—engaging and inspiring the next generation of alumni to give back—and in doing so, to help Tuck continue leading the way." — Dr. Matthew J. Slaughter, Dean & Earl C. Daum 1924 Professor of International Business
