Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota seeks a Chief Philanthropy Officer who will be a vital member of the executive leadership team, charged with developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy aimed at advancing the organization’s mission. This position will oversee all facets of philanthropy, including major gifts, annual and planned giving, and corporate and foundation relations, as well as donor stewardship. By fostering strategic partnerships and launching innovative fundraising initiatives, the CPO will ensure sustained revenue growth to support the organization’s objectives. GESMN’s next Chief Philanthropy Officer will join an energized leadership team committed to expanding opportunity for individuals and families across Minnesota.
