St. Benedict’s Preparatory Schools seeks a Principal Gifts Officer who will build and lead a more intentional, strategic approach to principal giving. This individual will serve as a key member of the frontline fundraising team and play a foundational role in shaping how the school identifies, engages, and secures transformational philanthropic investments. In this role, the Principal Gifts Officer will develop and execute strategies to engage donors capable of making gifts at the highest levels of philanthropy, with a strong emphasis on cultivating and closing $1M+ commitments. This is a pivotal moment for St. Benedict’s as the School advances the silent phase of a major comprehensive capital campaign.
