Director of Annual Giving

Valparaiso University seeks a Director of Annual Giving who will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive, multi-channel annual giving program designed to increase donor participation and financial support for the Valpo Fund. This role will balance high-level strategy with tactical execution and team leadership. Uniquely, this position will serve as a bridge for the donor pipeline, personally managing a portfolio of leadership-level annual donors to identify and transition them toward major gift opportunities.
