Senior Director of Development

PAI is seeking a Senior Director of Development who is an accomplished fundraiser and seasoned development professional who can translate this moment of urgency, visibility, and possibility into sustained philanthropic growth. Reporting to the President & CEO, the Senior Director of Development will lead the execution of PAI's fundraising strategy, with a particular focus on growing individual and major giving, strengthening institutional philanthropy; and building the systems and processes needed to support sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with external fundraising leadership and consultants, the Senior Director will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, establish clear accountability, and ensure consistent progress toward PAI's philanthropic goals.

Based in Washington, D.C., PAI works at the intersection of advocacy, philanthropy, and locally led change. The organization engages policymakers in the United States and on the global stage to advance policies and investments that support sexual and reproductive health and rights, while providing flexible funding and strategic advocacy support to more than 120 community-based organizations across more than 35 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
