Associate Vice President, Principal and Presidential Advancement

Penn State is seeking an Associate Vice President, Principal and Presidential Advancement who will lead and expand fundraising efforts for gifts of $5 million and above, including Campaign and Presidential Initiatives. The role oversees Principal Gifts, Planned Giving, and Foundation Relations, with a mandate to build a best-in-class principal gifts program. As a member of the Division of Development and Alumni Relations (DDAR) leadership team, the AVP will play a key role in advancing Penn State’s strategic plan and campaign goals.
