Synergos is seeking a Chief Philanthropy Officer who will be a dynamic, strategic, and mission-driven leader who will spearhead an integrated approach to philanthropy, resource mobilization, and strategic partnerships. Serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Chief Philanthropy Officer will develop and execute innovative strategies that strengthen Synergos' long-term financial sustainability, global influence, and social impact. This role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule, requiring two to three days per week in the office.
