ACA represents U.S. cement manufacturers in their efforts to advance the production and use of sustainable cement in resilient concrete in every aspect of America’s growth.

"I envision the Chief Economist to be a strategic partner to me and to our Board. This role goes beyond producing excellent data and forecasts, though rigor is the foundation of everything we do. I'm looking for someone who can tell us what the numbers mean, lay out the options and trade-offs, and give us a clear point of view on where the industry is headed and what we should do about it." — Diane Tomb, President & CEO
